The problem

The existing storefront wasn't optimized for mobile, catalog and checkout pages were slow under load, and product images across 500+ SKUs were dragging down page speed.

The solution

Built a responsive e-commerce platform in Next.js and TailwindCSS, redesigned the MongoDB schema with caching to speed up catalog and checkout, integrated Stripe with custom discount logic, and moved product imagery onto a global CDN.
